Partnership (hereinafter called the Geo-East
website) and services. Please read the rules
contained in this Agreement. They can be
accessed from links throughout the site. The use
of this website will constitute your agreement

The East of England Geodiversity Partnership
expressly reserves the right to revise this
Agreement at any time at its sole discretion.
All services provided by the Geo-East website
are subject to these terms, together with any
modification in writing previously given by a
duly authorized representative. These terms and
conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
This Agreement is governed by English Law.

Geo-East is not responsible for the contents or
reliability of the linked websites and does not
necessarily endorse the views expressed within
them. Listing should not be taken as endorsement
of any kind. We cannot guarantee that these
links will work all of the time and we have no
control over the availability of the linked

to Geo-East copyright protection under the
Copyright Designs and Patents Act 1988.
Geo-East website permits you to view and use the
